The Swamp Road Chronicles®
“James”
I saw Swamp Road Sally about 8 years
ago. I was driving back to the
campground there at the Spring Nationals.
I had been out with some friends to a little pizza place in Buckeye
Lake. It was about 3 in the morning,
when I was driving up Swamp Road to get to St Rt 40 when I saw this young woman walking on the edge
of the road. I drove past her before I could react. As I drove past her she looked deeply into my
eyes. I tell you, there is no greater loneliness
than hers, and no greater sadness. The sorrow I saw in her eyes was
inexpressible. There IS a hell, and she
is living in it.
